Oddbean new post about login | logout I've notice on screenshot from other Mastodon users there is a "translate" button next to some posts. Is this something our server admin needs to install? This would be very useful. I've gotten to the age where leaning German and Italian would be quite a stretch and cut into my evening TV time.
@de22920b not quite as convenient but you can use the firefox translation tool until it's turned on if you run firefox, basically just highlight the message, right click, translate. it's what i've been using. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firefox-translations
Every well developed software of the #fediverse, different from mastodon already has an integrated translation feature.
