need new pasta recipes i know y'all have some incredible ones #foodstr
Boil, then fry with butter! Simple and tasty 🐶🐾🫡
Have you made proper carbonara? Using panceta instead of bacon and gangsta Parmesan. Proper eggs from a farm where the chickens are on the pasture and not caged and fed shit. I like to toss peas thru it. and reall fucking freshly made pasta - not that bullshit from the supermkt.
What do you usually put in it?
the last one i made was with cherry tomatoes, onions and paprika that i had on the pan with some butter, which i added to some bacon and then a couple scoops of pasta water then i added the penne to it

This is so good, can take any pasta you likey for example penne or rigatoni, or even gnocchi
i don't think i even know what rigatoni is ser 😅💜 i'll definitely look into this, it looks amazing
You don't know what rigatoni is. Of course.😅 #tanelhasnt
Odd one: boil al dente, fry with olive oil, mushrooms, spinach, chopped onions. Can add sliced fried chicken too. Add a bit of soy sauce. Top with Parmasean It’s not very saucy so if you like sauce-drenched pasta this one may not be for you

A simple traditional lemon pasta that never seems to get tired… In a bowl mix (for 2 people): fresh juice of 2 lemons, good extra virgin olive oil (1.5 x vol of lemon juice), enough finely grated good Parmesan to give it the consistency of a paste (usually 100-130g)… Boil (200-250g) spaghetti, drain and return to the hot pan, pour in the lemon mix, with some torn fresh basil leaves if you have them, and stir quickly and vigorously until the Parmesan has melted and the sauce combines to become a cream… Enjoy
