I'm still hopeful for someone to fork Brave, remove the Shitcoins, add Lightning and Nostr integrations. UTXO got my hopes up so long ago with this and I can't let it go 😭

You can accomplish most of this with extensions today, but it's not a native and seamless experience.
Is it worth saving Brave? Or should we try to package it all into Firefox like TOR?
I prefer chromium based browsers, but that's just my personal preference.

Agree on the goal, IMO it would be very very nice to work on top of a browser that is NOT chromium based...just to challenge the dominance of google. Thus, I would suggest Firefox

Yeah Brave with its built in TOR is really impressive.
Ive forced myself away for now and stick with Vanadium on Android and LibreWolf on Linux.
Browser development is incredibly difficult. The amount of work that goes into developing a browser is a lot and there are so many moving pieces and security considerations.
