Solvency is fairly guaranteed. 
Cashflow positive vs fixed rate debt, but it will be as tight as it can be. 
I want to fight to the maximum extent that can. Without getting into details, because this is my anon account, this is the best way to maximize exposure. I'm prepared to hold this position for 5 years if needed.
