I know you're supposed to spit out wine technically when you're tasting it, but we're so slow due to a football game right now that I'm just kind of getting drunk on the clock. 😅

But I can call it educational because we're technically a wine store and I know I should know what's in stock and what we are currently serving as house wines.  

 How else you going to know if a wine pairs well if you don’t pair it with the food in your belly?!
