What is SWAP. I'm in the process of modding my Android devices
It's basically adding RAM capacity by using internal storage. It was great when it comes to improving multi tasking, But it varies on storage type & how fast the storage was. For a mobile device, it consume lot of battery powers, So disabling it could reduce the usage. But also preventing the phone to go hot even in light usage.
