 @CashApp also allows you to send/spend Fiat while continuing to HODL, but Jack Dorsey encourages us to take the bitcoin off of cash app and put it on a hardware wallet. 
 Yes, you're right that you can send/spend fiat on @CashApp just as you can on Strike.  But what I'm saying is, with Cash App you can ONLY do so using the "banking and fiat system network", not the Bitcoin Network. With @strike, sending/spending fiat can be done using the Bitcoin Network just as you can with sending/spending bitcoin. In my opinion a huge advantage and an underrated feature that I don't know any other Bitcoin wallet has. Another way to put this is, on Cash App you MUST convert your fiat to bitcoin in order to send/spend it on the Bitcoin Network. And with Strike, you can send/spend the fiat directly from your cash balance to a Bitcoin address without first having to convert it to bitcoin... in turn keeping your Bitcoin for strictly HODLing and spending your dirty fiat as you should.
