Random project idea I'll problem never get to but maybe someone else would like to do: 

Testnet or signet faucet nostr bot that  keep track of if/how much test coins your npub has requested, contributed and/or returned. Require some sort of npub PoW for new account requests or follows by other well behaved accounts. Could also require answering some random bitcoin history and/or dev protocol trivia questions. Could publicly shame users who receive coins but never return any. Extra credit if bot also supports LN.

 BTW, glad I posted this idea note instead of wasting too much time thinking about build it.   @benthecarman 's   @Mutinynet is a good reminder that we shouldn't need too many controls on test/signet faucets, better to just make lots of them yourself and make them easy to request!
