@ea54692b Lol, I was thinking of those situations where you might not actually die, per see, but you still cease to be. A transporter accident where your pattern gets lost and eventually degrades, you run a fowl of some all-powerful race, (it isn't always the Q), who decides to erase you from all time, you merge with someone or something else, you get assimilated...
Man, it's worse than a jungle out there!
