What do you use your phone for if you only use it for 10 minutes a day? Genuinely curious.
Mostly utility stuff - Taking down grocery lists, checking my calendar, checking the time, setting alarm clocks, using 2FA. These all take like <= 1 min each so that's why I'd guess the number is pretty low.

I also listen to podcasts pretty often - But if we're counting screen time I don't look at the phone except to start the episode though.

So basically I interact with my phone pretty often but not for very long at a time.
Just had a look at my actual screen time stats for today, and I actually underestimated it quite a bit.
I've been using Coracle on mobile as well since a few days ago so it was actually 2 h 23 min. 83 min Coracle, and even 60 min everything else.
The "everything else" is all a few minutes per app like I mentioned, but it still added up to an hour which is more than I'd have guessed.
Thanks for sharing. That's in part why I was asking, because 10min is an incredibly short duration.
RSS (Inoreader). 10min is short, but I could make it.
 ummmmm, perving on wallets
 Checking what time it is.
