My trollish side wants to draw those funny lines of who is standing straight vs who is leaning in, since it favors me there.

But the funny thing is that he's like the most masculine and dominant person around, to such extent that he's super chill while doing so. He has a scar from a machete cut on his forearm. His extended family and friend group gravitates around him as their patriarch. He leans in here because pictures mean nothing to him. He has nothing to prove in pictures because he proves it in person instead. He leans because he knows leaning means nothing. That which is strong is flexible. The Laozi of leaning.

🔥🔥🔥🔥

this is beautiful 🥹🧡
He kind of looks like he is dominating the picture set-up. It looks like he is holding the camera and framing it. And he centered himself. He is proud of the whole picture: the person in the picture he is next to all the way to the background view.
The chad photo style. But I’d add that I was the one that wanted this background. This shot ad we came back from the beach. The twilight desert.
Fair enough. The Simp-Chad photo. Like half n half cream.
 👍
confident people who really & truly adore the ones beside them often lean in to be even closer to…the ones they truly & dearly love!

plus, that’s just what normal, mentally healthy people often do in photos with their family.
Agreed, to be honest this is the first I’ve heard about the psychology of couple pics.

I’m not going to bother reading more about it, it doesn’t sound particularly interesting to me. Both people look very happy and that’s cool.
Hey @LynAlden are you revealing a subtle feeling of insecurity here maybe?
Well I’m always insecure. But my point here is to show his frame is secure.
Keep breaking the frame on Nostr. 🫂
Yes, his secure frame is visible in the photo and you kind of being protected under his wing. Very humble and sweet.
Thanks for sharing such personal insight and for admitting your insecurity, I wish I had had the same courage with my insecurities when I was younger.
Love
