 Great meditation technique based off this concept is called ‘energy rooms’.

Next time you are in a place, maybe with people you really connect with, take some time to absorb the space in with your senses. Kind of like you are a camera recording your surroundings — taking it all in, sight, sounds, feeling, emotion.

Later on, you can ‘revisit’ that energy/experience. Close your eyes and imagine a door. When you open that door you enter the scene you had recorded. Imagine the sights, sounds, feelings like you are there.

Kind of like an anytime anywhere vacation through your own memories. The place anchors the experience, the energy makes it therapeutic
