 Which one is real relay setting?

So, i tried to remove some relay on the left menu but the total of relay on right-top still the same. What the usage of each of them?

 The relays on the left ( In the side nav ) are your main relays. they are the ones that show on your profile and that are used for everything in the app.

The relays in the upper right ( of the home feed ) are the relays that the home feed is using currently. You can add or remove relays but it only temporarily effects the home feed
