that's what the party ought to do, but probably won't. in my opinion the dem voting base is largely checked out. voters need not be partisans rooting for a team and listening to policy ideas foreign and domestic. voters need to withhold their votes from politicians who DO NOT recognize their NEEDS - look at Dearborn Michigan.
