You should be able to link your current npub, just need to make a Fountain.fm account first. Then login to via the web and visit the chat. There will be a "Connect to Nostr" down in the chat box.
 

 Yeah thats what I was trying to do but I kept getting a "something went wrong" error trying to sign up to fountain with my email
