Health insurance companies in the US randomly reject claims just to see how much fraud they can get away with. There are no consequences so they can get away with a whole lot of fraud.

Burn it all down. 

 There is no need for insurance on a bitcoin standard  

 Insurance existed before bitcoin and it will be around for a long time to come. 

 Health insurance hasn't, it's mostly a fiat concept  

 yeah it's become a disfigured monster under disastrous US policy

bitcoin does not fix this
