Since quitting caffeine a few years ago, my sleep cycle follows the sun. 🔆

Be it 5:30AM in summer, or 7AM in winter, I'm up with the sun. Wide awake, ready to go!

Stable energy levels all day & great sleep every night. Who needs coffee? 😂

Agreed. But caffeine seems to be good for heart by the way. Just 3 to 5 cups per day should be ok ☕️
I grew up in Colombia so quitting coffee is proving difficult… But I have been curious about mushroom alternatives as a way to slowly make the change. Any recommendations?
I quit cold turkey, and that was borderline disastrous.

If you can find alternative methods to slowly ween off, I'd do that. My experience was brutal for three months, but I'm glad I stuck with it.
Thats interesting. What were the sleep cycles like before quitting caffeine?
Honestly not an issue before, but I never woke up feeling as refreshed as I do now. I was usually groggy and grumpy after an hour no coffee.
Felt all these too. Caffein from coffee doesn’t hit me right. Prefer a good early grey or matcha tea. Though agree, best energy is the rested, refreshed, clear, and moisturized type energy.
Today makes 7 days caffeine free for me. Normally I’m up before the sun and watch it rise however staying up late for northern lights has me in bed still 😁

Me. I needs the coffee. 😆

Ditching sunglasses has helped my sleep tremendously.
