 Ooohwee!   My creamy taco soup was amazing!😋😋      And we have some left for tomorrow.  Dont discount the effect of cilantro in soups, it takes it to another level.

 Pretty simple, just brown some ground meat and add anything you like.  I added onions, garlic, celery, tomatoes.  Add some beef stock and seasonings like cumin, etc.  To make it creamy, add cream cheese.  And of course cilantro.
