 It's quite intriguing observing how the global views have changed so drastically when it comes to female competence. My mum had to deal with similar issues when I was growing up. One of the reasons why she left Ireland at such a young age.

 I am not sure who thinks that. I am pretty sure the data says other wise. Beauty and intelligence are both markers for general fitness and tend to be correlated.
