I've had great results from doing cleansing meditations in a bath, or while showering. Intention is key. Devoting some energy and time to this is a healthy move.
I tried when showering today but I need more intense intentions apparently
I used breathing and energy movement techniques. Sometimes very patiently, as I go through each part of me physically, mentally, emotionally, etc.
Try different settings. For me the shower or bath is actually distracting. On the other hand I very well respond to guided breathing exercises.
