Absolutely. My mom used to bartend and wait tables a long time ago. Not an easy job. I 100% believe in tips, not tip jars though… that’s what your hourly salary is for… above and beyond service ok let me tip on my own or offer a compliment, but don’t put it in my face. I think it’s just rude.  

And I cannot stand this new tipping on your card feature at every single place. No thank you.

The tipping thing on card payment terminals everywhere now is just ridiculous. It's social conditioning to make it "the new normal".

Maybe I should bring a tip jar to the meetings at work.😂
