I wasn't ironic/sarcastic - I fully understand that transitions are hard and painful, ridden with problems, changes are slow (but necessary) so patience is needed. P.S. Believe or not, I've seen that exact graph a few days ago (wanted to check some assumptions I had - I was helping my daughter with some school essay in a role of devil's advocate).
