well, i know that cooking it helps, and the entire brassica family has oxalates, cabbage, spinach, etc

i only eat a bit of lettuce, which has very little of such

it's mostly been from chronic dehidration for many years running

i am paying extra attention to claring them out, drinking lots of water, and i'm now adding some citrus juices to the mix as these help dissolve, citric acid attacks calcium oxalate and the citric acid it forms is much more soluble

since it's probably been a big part of my issues this last two years, certainly it will help my kidneys recover from long periods of maltreatment, and that should have me feeling a lot better

i must have also developed other related things to it as well, from low kidney function, fluid around the heart, that has been building up for about 5 years
