 @dictatordave @91bd5fdb To the point, concrete walls was part of the original "Build the Wall" promise.  It was going to cost $1B.  Steel bollards was the cheaper option that was still effective.  It's just a nit.

Even if it cost $10B, that would still be cheaper than what we're dealing with today.
