You have contacts out there, so I'll ask you - on Twitter I''ve seen multiple people claiming the 'authorities' are not only late but actively blocking people trying to help and confiscating donations. Is there any truth to this?? 

 They are definitely blocking some of the general population but I don’t know to what degree or what is or isn’t being allowed. If I hear from anything on the ground confirming this though I’ll forward it
