 InterPlanetary File System, where files are content based and can be hosted by multiple computer servers around the world. I use IPFS Desktop to store and share videos that I create, and there are some services like d.tube that can be used to upload and share the content with the world.  Using IPFS and a d.tube link would mean you can host the videos yourself, share them with the world, and get zaps by sharing them on Nostr.
