I think lightning will scale BTC certain bugs like channels offline closing transactions and watchtower needed complexities could be ironed out. I think as people come onboard the incentives to solve lightning problems increase. Be optimistic 👌🏾 

 I'm optimist but I also see the need to be able to scale further then transactions
