 I think the Nostr report was a ton of work but we’re all worse off as an ecosystem now that it’s not being published regularly. We used to have a similar feed on Scuttlebutt and it was great but it got dropped because it was a lot of work and we didn’t have a way of paying for that work.

 Was @NostReport funded by an OpenSats grant and the money ran out? Or did folks just burn out? Or was there another reason things wrapped up. It might have been clearly stated but i missed the underlying reason.

 I think the lack of interoperability, decrease in zaps overtime, and amount of work all played a role.

 Lack of interoperablity? I’m curious about that one. It feels like it’s curation work, similar to what flipboard does, which is super valuable yet we’re not quite sure how to pay for it.

 I believe they were frustrated with posting the note and it not appearing the same in every client. Tags, quotes, images, etc. would all be different depending on which client the user was using.
