 @Nova :confederateflag: @7d563414 I've got a .40. It was a gift from a family member who didn't want it anymore. 

I like it. The recoil could be better, but the gun itself is pretty comfy (old old XD). I still prefer the recoil on my 1911, though.

 I started on a 40 and would still shoot it more if it was the same price as 9mm. I prefer it so much over 9, 66% more energy and not that much recoil. The size and cap is a slight issue for carry but if I was asleep and heard someone break in and there was a 9mm and a 40 on the nightstand I would pick the 40 every single time.
