No, @hodlbod implemented the spinner-powered version because he loves spinners and has been recruited by the spinner cult. Mine is based on NIP-29: relay-based simple groups (no spinners allowed) Essentially, each creator is their own private group, so all content published, and responded to by subscribers, is tagged within the creator’s group
