Your client can either work on a new note implementation process (nip) or filter its client type views. I believe there are also certain relays that only repeat and store different content. There's one rely that only saves notes relating to the 👀 emoji On the client side for instance Fountain is all about podcast & music its all they show. I don't think its separate nips rather filtering at the client level. I think zap.cooking is on its own nip. @seth would be someone I would connect you with as he's done very well there.
