About 1 min rest in between sets.

 I had to stop after breaking by wrist.
Slowly working towards it. 🥲 
 I keep forgetting about the diamond push-ups. I'll try that in tomorrow's set.  
 Yeah those are good. I think archer is my favorite though. I just like the way it feels.
