Starlink or mesh stuff have a horrible side effect of ruining the primacy of direct experience. I understand that it's necessary for the psyche of most modern humans who cannot comprehend entertaining themselves by looking at rocks and tossing things into a fire. Sure it's boring, but it's real. The realer it is, the more truth about reality will be revealed to you. In it, there is a power beyond money or social acceptance. Life as the primary force in all matter.
@Layerjack (Onion Knight) Light emitting screens hijack our innate love of staring into the crackling fire for inspiration. From the fire always comes truth whereas the screens mostly lies.
Audio is a good balance. It at least makes lies less sticky. Kinda surprising how short videos are the most popular medium now and podcasts are still niche.
