I'll check out the full tut when I get a chance. I picked tooltips 'cause I figured I'd need minimal svelte knowledge.

I made some changes, adding tooltip functionality and tooltips. I pushed my changes to the kolomona branch of my fork https://github.com/Kolomona/msp-studio/tree/kolomona

I'm not very good with git so I'm not sure how to do a proper pull request.

Also I had difficulties getting the question mark to appear inline with the text.
