Oh jeez... That's like picking a favorite musical. 

Prime Rib, for sure. Always a crowd pleaser. 
Mac and cheese is high up there. I do a sweet potato and squash souffle that people who claim not to like either rave about.

 @176ccc2b Oh Boy lol, I'm the same here, I could list 20 things! Okay:

My brother and I make this turkey that we sous vide and then smoke and it's a bunch of work, but sooo good 

Sweet Potato Casserole with Crunchy Coconut and walnut topping 

Cornbread Stuffing with apples 

But that Souffle sounds TOPS. I love anything squash
