Yes, but we want to know if the Constitution forbids a noble titled person from holding office, not if its right. I just want to discuss theory. :gura_pout:

 Iirc there is an amendment proposed that was never passed that would ban titles of nobility although the government doesn't recognize titles anyway so it's a rather moot issue. Since dual citizens are allowed to hold office I don't see how that be much of an issue.
