No seriously I was expecting the worst by joining here. « Free speech » is screaming 🚩🚩🚩 but I wanted to see how it was anyway. And there is people that seems nice so that’s cool! And for sure I’ll block when I won’t be in the state of reading this. Reports are basically ignored for these kind of things I imagine?

If you follow cool people and just block the uncool, you'll have a good experience. There are always haters, but you define your experience here, not some algorithm. It'll take a little bit to get used to, but it's worth the effort. There's a great community, and many more good people than bad.

Even on Twitter I was using Tweetbot, I hate the algorithms so I’m very used to not have some. But I think I never had so many haters in such a short amount of time haha. I’ll check your follow list for some cool people 🩷

Reports are useful for chain of trust. Spam is common here so you can have your client auto block users who your follows have reported. Since you are a big over weight faggot, you can also hide by words. Words you don't like such as diet or accountability. It's not so much free speech as it is freedom to see what you want. It's powerful and you can self moderate and or use clients and relays that moderate for you. Don't let a few mean words deter you like they deserved you from being a real man. The principles behind nostr is solid.
