It’s means to me… you actively engage in the community. You care, and you are establishing relationships beyond legacy mindset socials in this day and age.

I think there is a big reason why the higher that ratio is the more successful you will be on Nostr because too many people do not seek value in the connections and come with the expectation that are not met. 

Nostr is built on Layer 0. All of us.
