Yah, it took me an hour and a half to get my labs drawn and that wasn't because the tech wasn't professional or quick.
It was all that woman fidgeting. 

I went back to my office and was a half hour late to a meeting because of her shenanigans. 
She clearly must not have things to do or places to go. 

If she was really freaked out, the plan would be to shut up, get stuck and be gone. Not sit and wind yourself and everyone else up.
