 notedeck is a starting to shape up to be a really good customer support tool. One thing I want to add is something I talked about a long time ago: the inverted inbox which I call the notebook.

you pin incoming notes into your notebook: These are different threads that you can monitor over time. These pinned threads get marked as unread when new notes come in, very much like an email inbox. Once you’re done you can mark it as resolved, which removes it from your notebook. This effectively makes nostr a really good asynchronous public communications tool.

This can be another section on the notedeck sidebar that you switch to, next to the standard column view that monitors keywords and mentions across multiple accounts.

 I read this a few minutes ago, already thinking on design solutions, wasn’t really thinking about light theme but I think I can re-use Damus iOS theming :) :D 
 There are maybe 3 of us lol
