I guess I'm having the biggest problem with the word exclusive. I understand that communities will be formed around relays etc, but all that is fluid. People can be connected across the network, intertwined across multiple relays, etc. It will be probably best to find out, how is the exclusively meant... BTW: Proof of proximity is a pretty interesting concept to think about.
