When is that block predicted?
Was thinking of this today and wonder what it would take to get some of my normy friends in. They invest in property not because they understand historically it became much more popular around the beginning of 20th C (anything to do with FED being created around same time???) to avoid inflationary issues of other asset classes (and GLD being confiscated as it was popular alternative as I understand then) but rather just do it because that is what everyone does. They will be OK (?) I suppose in the long run against inflation as they do have a hard asset but also under some circumstances (inflation again) they may not be able to afford the mortgage either. I suppose they will just consider BTC when they see several people doing it successfully. We are still early so perhaps they have time but they might only have a few cycles to do so. At the point its hugely increased in fiat price they can still save into it I suppose but that assumes they will have a productive job at that point. Wow rant was looong!
