looks like a wallet from 2016  

 I don't think the UI is bad. 

 I really wanted that wallet to be legitimate. Id like nothing more than to be able to recommend a lightning/liquid/onchain wallet that offered in app peg in/out abilities.  

 It's legitimate. I just can't get it to restore on my new phone. The auto complete or seed words is odd too. 

 I meant by my subjective criteria, sorry.
I'll feel a lot more comfortable once it goes open source. 

 I just entered my aqua seed into Electrum as a BIP39 and the first receive address for on chain matched but it did pick the second one first.  Of course the onchain Liquid won't show up. 

 Do you have another device to test if the Aqua restoration works? 

 Electrum was on my laptop.  Also I just tried restoring the seed in Green Wallet on my laptop and the Liquid showed up with the transaction history from Aqua 

 I didn't have any on chain regular BTC history because fees are to high to play around 

 I deleted my wallet and restored it.  Went fine first try. 

 Are you typing the words or letting the auto complete do it? 

 I typed them but they auto filled as well.   Make sure you're doing them in the right order.  That row by row always annoys me because it seems more natural to me to go column by column, just a thought.

 Did you try restoring with Blockstream Green? 

 I didn't, but I will. 

 i tried restoring on a different device and it doesn't work for me either. the restore button is disabled. i was able to restore the wallet on blockstream green though. so this is just a bug with aqua. 

@Excellion restore doesn't seem to be working on android.
