Yes. I hadn't owned a console since the original Xbox. I bought a Switch because there was an exploit and I wanted to mod it 😂🏴‍☠️ so it sat in my closet while things developed. 

Then one day I bought BotW.

I ended up sinking 200 hours into that game over the winter, on a 100" projector screen. I honestly didn't really play the previous Zelda games, I get why they are loved, but just weren't for me. BotW was different. It's up there with Tetris, Doom, and the original Halo for the best games I've played. 

 First game I bought was BotW and boy was that a fantastic purchase. TotK I'm not quite as happy about buying however. It's not bad but BotW is better on my opinion
