One of downsides of FROST (there aren't many) is that you need to decide which signers will be participating in a signing round at the beginning.

There are ways around this such as doing combinations of quorums (works for small multisigs).

And there is active research into also shamir sharing the nonce for each signing session, such that  you just need `t` signers and which you choose doesn't matter.
