Good morning. 

The King Ranch in Washington state has been accused of destroying “alkali wetlands” by dredging their own stock ponds used to water cattle. The man made ponds have been there for 60 years. The state is using a RICO charge to force testimony against the ranchers by their only employee. RICO charges are for organized crime.
