Absolutely criminal, I bet @LynAlden and family are fuming. Sure they hedged against it but most people just don't have that option.

To see all your hard work melted like that by someone (or a group of people) that it isn't even going to affect it heart breaking. Sadly I think we all have something similar on the cards, it is just timing and severity that are unpredictable.
