i think ti's just because most western societies are so secularized that nobody feels a need to go to church at all, i mean, it'd be nice if there were a church to go to, i'm just utterly depressed today

the church i went to till it stopped exsiting had many buildings arond town at various points, and one point it was in the hay loft of the pastor's barn cuz that's all he had lol

I think I myself have given up on that particular spiritual endeavor. It feels like something people are chosen for or maybe they just aren’t brain-broken (or maybe they are).
I won’t say something foolish and antagonistic like “there is nothing or no-one else,” but I know there’s no ‘aspiring spirit’ in me at all.
