Omfg don’t say that to anyone who tells you they are any age, you absolute loons. “Okay but you’re not in your 20s anymore…” Okay? And?? What now??? What does that mean???? What is functionally different????? Go enjoy your life, I am begging you. 🙏 I am fine 🙏
@53de482a you're the perfect age to become whatever the heck you want to become no matter what age you are. People who stop trying new things or stop trying to grow as people after reaching arbitrary age thresholds are just... a bit sad, I think. Like... who killed your dreams and sense of wonder, my guy?
@53de482a When I feel like I’m getting old, I like to think about how long I’ve been an independent adult living life on my own terms, away from parents and out of school. Dyoure 34 but depending on when you moved out and whether you went to college, your adult life began only 10-15 years ago. Hopefully you live at least into your 80s. In reality you’re only 20%-ish through your adult life. Most of it lies ahead of you and there’s plenty of time to guide it in whatever direction you want.
@53de482a I occasionally feel old, but most of that's when someone tells me that, for example, Nevermind is over the legal drinking age in the US. Other than that, screw it, I'm just fine as is, and I'll keep on trucking while my back keeps popping.
