 Fellow Nostr lovers,

where do you store your nsec?
Any tips on how to do it in a secure way?

Password managers are great places to store your nsecs and keep them secure.
 Organised crime never pays.
Yes, offline password managers like KeePass.
 I will try Keepass!
I never even thought to use my password manager.

Good idea!
 Is that irony?
 I will try out KeePass.
I use Amber for mobile on android.
Sounds nice! Don’t have Android, though. I am gonna with Keepass, I need more security in this aspect.
On a piece of paper taped to my monitor
And don’t you fear someone unresponsible reading it there and using it?
 It’s a joke
Ah bro, got me there. What do you do then?
Store offline in a safe place.
 +1 for Keepass
I am gonna try out this one! ☝️
what are some hardware devices to sign your posts with? i want the keys to be generated on that hw and never leave it...
 #amber for Android
 Thank you for your answer.
It's in a few places. I keep a master record in my password manager (Bitwarden), and I use Amber, and Nos2x in my browser.
In Vaultwarden and I also use Alby for sign-ins. If the app doesn’t offer connection via NWC and they need my nsec: I’m not signing in/using it.
